Summer
Program 2005
EI Language Centre invites you to participate in our summer
special program that we have prepared. The program is suitable
for younger and mature adults (minimum age requirement is 14 years).
The program provides the students with an invaluable experience of
total immersion in the North American culture, language learning
opportunity as well as fun and safe activities.
The tentative start dates for
the program are following
- July 4,11,18,25
- August 1,8
Components of the program
(included in the price)
- Airport Reception and transfer
(two ways)
- Accommodation (homestay -3 meals)
- 20 hours of in-class instruction
per week (computer lab use and Internet access after
classes)
- 4 full day trips on the weekends
– Niagara Falls (Maid of the Mist Ride)
– Canada’s Wonderland
– Ontario Place
– Wild Water Kingdom
- 4 half day trips
– Ontario Science Center
– CN Tower and Sky Dome
– 3-D Imax Movie
– Bowlerama
- Sport Activities
– Swimming
– Soccer
– Baseball
– Basketball
All trips will be supervised
and the students will be accompanied by the program coordinator.
Students will receive the following information prior
to their arrival in Canada:
* Schedule of the classes and activities (trips)
* Detailed residence information
* Map of Toronto with information on how to get from the
residence to the school
* Brochures of the places students will visit
* Emergency contact number (available 24 hours a day)
Medical
Insurance
All participants are asked to have medical insurance.
It may be arranged in your country or in Canada (the cost
of insurance in Canada is $1.85 CAD per day per person
Fees
Individual and group fees are available - please contact
the school for details. The fees depend on the size of
the group.
The fees are based on 28-day program (28 days from the
arrival to the departure). If a student arrives earlier
or/and stays longer - extra fees apply to cover the cost
of accommodation for students staying over 28 days.
Important
The registration deadline for this program is June, 2005.
Late registrations are accepted based on space availability.
Students are encouraged to register early because of the
limited number of spaces.
